Randy Bush is fairly well known as a person who has done a lot to deploy
network access into Africa and other parts of the world with Fidonet, UUCP
networks and the Internet. If he is looking after a TLD I suspect that it
is done quite fairly. Also, you should note that just because a person is
named as the technical or admin contact for a TLD in the whois database
does not necessarily mean that they are actually administering the domain
registry.
