You are hitting on the wrong guy, John. Randy Bush has done more
for African Networking than everybody else on the IAHC list put together.
If he is zone or technical contact for a TLD/ domain, it is because he
has actually helped put the system together in Africa. In some case he
has been the key element to the development of networking in some
African countries. Not just like playing with TLDs like the alternative
domain cabal which many people are part of here.

It is comments such as yours that make me think that this discussion has
no place on the IAHC list because nobody (apart from Dr. Quaynor) has 
a clue about what they are talking about.

I have pretty much ignored this discussion until now, but your comment
is just too offensive to ignore.
