Sorry, I guess I don't understand what you mean. If Company X comes to
NetNames and says "I want to register COMPANY.FIRM", and they didn't have
their own nameservers, we would want to (as we do now) host their domains
on our nameservers as a value-added service.
Your plan would seem to exclude this possibility. Can you explain further?
