Sandy, what is your problem? You act like it is a bad thing for anyone to
make a buck. At heart we are all here to benefit ourselves in some way.
For me it is brand building, for others I'm it might be improved customer
service. But in the end we are all seeking the same thing. Happier
customer which translates to more business.
I think you are trying to hard to find a conspiracy.
