  This is not yet a fact that InterNic will lose their contract.  And if
they
do they still have th fedral court filing on rights to that database.  I
am doubtful that that case will be setteled easly or any time in the
immediate future.  Even if it is, the terms of that settelment can be
many and varried.  >;)
