  I don't know about these odds, but I would definatly say that the odds
are against the IAHC/PAB/iPOC/CORE and the gTLD-MoU right now.  But this
can change.

  Currently, I agree with this evaluation.  More work certianly needs to
be done.  But the effort is still a worthy one.  Many changes need to be
given more consideration and acted upon.  These two points seem to be
where the rub is IMHO.  But there is still the opertunity.  Time,
however
is not an ally.
