Semantics.  Pure and simple.  There is the "letter" and there is the
spirit.  Hell, what am I saying, anyone offering to take domain requests
now and hold them until the floodgates open is violating the "sacred":-)
gTLD-MoU.  You can argue semantics all day, but you are quite simply
full of shit!
