YET again, the U.S. of A. tramples over the backs of the free world in 
order to STEAL more money out of countries that should rightly have their 
own services via their NICs. When is Canada going to see it's $ 800,000 
in new infastructure from the .com/.net/.org ... little lone now we have 
to pay for IP space?
