6 months ago... that's well after the time the IAHC started saying
"it's a done deal" (that was you Perry, right?) against overwhelming
opposition. By the time this news filters through the government
beauracracy, and then reading the news stories of the IAHC getting
sued... plus the opposition from around the world.

That'd just about do it.
