Yeah, kinda like the iPOX application process. You know that with a
simple wave of a wand...and I'm not going to tell you which wand, the
iPOX would be dead in the water. NSI could be accepting applications
for new TLDs tomorrow and putting them in the root. The only problem is
that this puts the kibosh on the NOI process too, and that process just
might be useful.

Thank you.

Actually not, check the archives. Now, perhaps it was someone on PAB
making bullshit arguments, but just last week the list was informed that
the $10,000 non-refundable fee was in preparation to takeover .com.
None of you POXers called it fantasy then because it propped you up.

I'm not sure what you mean here, perhaps you left something out. Not
unusual for you though. I thought this whole debate was a series of
suppositions. At least I'd seen quite a lot in the past. That's how
people make policy Dave by testing suppositions and theories and
conceiving solutions. You see, it's not like an engineering problem.
Things aren't all cut and dried. There are no equations, and know magic
numbers.

Vince

P.S. I know you don't want to talk about anything that might impact
your precious plan. You pretend that issues don't exist and perhaps
they will go away. I promise you they want, and that, if for no other
reason is why I am here.
