	That wasn't the statement.  The statement was that we had repeatedly asked
the community to choose a list and since it didn't, we had to develop one.

	One or another of us on the committee have suggested that when CORE is
formed, if it quickly develops an alternate list, it is highly likely that
the POC will approve it.
