What happened here?

All,

  Well I did a inquiry to the E-Mail address reguarding the
registration for Domain name registration.  Here is the bounce
back I got!  Looks like their E-mail address is not working!
What a joke!

Whomever this may concern,

  I have a few questions reguarding your application announcment on your
site.

1.) What is the amount of capitol that must be avalible to qualify?

2.) If I apply and am not chosen, will I recieve my application fee
    back?  ($10,000)

3.) suppose I do not perfer any of the new TLD's that have been
selected,
    may I make a selection of my own for a TLD?  What are the
regulations
    or otherwise reguarding this.

4.) To qualify must I also sign th gTLD-MoU?  IF so why?  How does it
    have any barring on my application directly?
