<pardon me if we already covered this...>

when you say *we...make a special pre-registration process*, are you
referring to all registrars or each individual one after they are
established?

if 'we' did it as one entity, how would we manage it?  if 'we' did it
individually, how would we coordinate it?  im not saying it cant be done,
but we should also then consider when the next set of TLDs is going to be
released so we have adequate time to prep, beta, do this.
