I don't think that ITU's involvement in the gTLD-MoU movement
is the primary concern. Nor, for that matter, do I think that
the IANA's, ISOC's, or WIPO's involvement is either.
I *do* think what's unpopular is these four groups unilaterally
deciding to take over Internet governance, while ignoring the
majority of Internet stakeholders who have not been and will
not be represented under the proposed governance structure.
