Thank you for your courteous reply.

I agree with most of what you have stated below,
however, there are some major differences.  The 
posting that I revealed was malicous, and it
was to a *private* mailing list.  It was out to 
"get" me, in an arena not associated with the
domain name battle.

By all means, let's play fair, and let's discuss
the options available to solve the Domain Name
problems.  Let's not attack people personally,
nor try and get them in trouble with regulatory
authorities.
