This does not seem to be a very good resaon in my mind. In that the
IETF has and is considered widely as one of the influencing bodies
in governing to some extent the Internet, I find this somewhat puzzeling
as one of your or the IETF's answers to my query.

Small? That seems a bit of an understatment. It is a KEY area
or the operational structure of the internet.

Very likely so. Seems that this is a reason TO have this posted

Well I guess I could take this as an insult. But I won't. I just
have to assume that becouse you do not know me, you have just made
a judgment error. And anyone can do that I suppose. >;)
