Re: Warehousing, TM violations & the new gTLD's

First, please refrain from any further slander of GlobeComm, Inc.
GlobeComm does indeed own Best Domains which is a leading domain trading
site.  GlobeComm does not own the names we sell on the site.  It provides a
place for people to buy and sell them.  Please keep foremost in your mind
that neither owning, buying nor selling SLDs is illegal.  

I was a bit surprised to find that there are some people who strongly
oppose companies who buy and sell domain names when I joined the company
last year.  If a company has a strong claim to a name, they can get it
without much of a fight.  If they don't have a trademark or legal rights to
a name they want, they pay whatever both parties agree is fair.  Whatever
your problem is with this practice, please do not pretend that your view is
law on this issue.
