First of all, thanks, even though you spelled my name wrong (there's no
e)...

I think there are a lot of people here who are actually discussing the
issues--on the eDNS/etc. side, on the MoU side, and completely unaffiliated.
And I personally don't find it that hard to filter through the 100%
pointless flames that the eDNS/etc. and MoU contingents (or various factions
within the "etc.") throw at each other--first of all, they're sometimes
entertaining; second, how long does it take to glance at something, realize
it's garbage, and hit the delete key? (Although it is a bit annoying that if
I go away for more than a few days my mail server overflows and starts
throwing out old messages...)

A good number of people, both directly involved and merely interested, still
do follow these various lists, and I don't think that would be true if there
really weren't any real discussions here.
