This is clear as there is no spokesperson yet they all want to speak out.

Ever seen 135 people agree on something most know little about, other than
"land value"

I belive they are. I just belive they don't know how.

Stability? When a single PAB member comains about not being invited to a
conferance to speak on behalf of iPOC/gTLD one has to wonder.
One has to wonder more about "who" you would send such an invite to as
there is no authoritive person within this organisation.
Do you invite all of the members to speak? Egad, it will be a LONG conferance!

Gee and we have 21 days to prepare for the gTLD.

They haven't got software developed or in progress for Registry and Shared
services.
They postponed the meeting in Geneva and made it a technical conferance
with only 5 days or less notice. (And they complain about a month and a
half's notice???)

Which means it probably doesn't really reflect the opinions as the PAB is
only able to reflect personal opinon and never a group comment.

Probably do, but they can be hopefull.

I would have, but when I called to find out some details and mentioned I
was in Australia and an Austyralian Citisen I was told I could not submit
comment. Not that it matters, with those who did (uDNS, Eugene Jay etc)
most of anything I have to say is pretty well covered.
