No invite to the "oversight committee"
Hmm. <grin>

I can't see how an invitation to speak at such an event could be offered to
the iPOC, because there is no publicly authoritive person approachable. We
can't have someone at a conferance speaking on behalf of themselves because
they are only able to express personal comments. That's really silly.
Might as well invite Joe Bloggs and Grandamr to comment and talk too.
Hank, I also can't see why people would want to give straight answers to
the iPOC, when the iPOC hasn't got an Authoritve Spokesperson.
>far along that a fair debate is no longer worthwhile?
So far along with what? gTLD? You have to be kidding. Are you hoping
that public discussion and noise will make people think that progress is
under way?
Are you trying to imply that nothing else outside of the gTLD matters now
that you have started accepting $10,000 payments?
Hank, are you speaking on authority about this matter, or just your
personal opinion that you are so far along? If so, you have no idea how
"far along" other organisations are. And I can speak authoritively for a
number of them.
