I apologize. My information in his area may have come from anti-MoU forces.
I guess I was wrong about the original intention. But my basic point is that
it seems that registrars don't have to sign the gTLD-MoU now, and I was
trying to point this out as a good thing, not as a criticism.
By the way, since your disclaimer was missing from this email, can we assume
this is an authoritative statement?
