  Ok.  I agree.  I think the best way to accomplish this is to provide
that information on the page itself and an option to provide a link
to where that information is avalible.

  Why not a index right off the page?

  Yes it is.  But it shouldn't be a requirnment but an option.  As long
as that information is provided on that page, that should be sufficient.
