Iperdome's Addendum


In light of the late submission that the PAB is preparing for
the NTIA inquiry, and just to keep things interesting, Iperdome 
will submit an addendum to our proposal as well.  We will submit 
this around the same time that the PAB submits their proposal.

Our addendum will include an analysis of the implications 
of the Iperdome proposal for private root servers and 
competition under root.
