Domain Name Grabbing (fwd)


Dear All,

InterNIC has a policy of allowing only one domain name per organisation. 
Could anyone help me with a few issues that are presently troubling me? 

Question 1

How does InterNIC define 'organisation'?

Question 2

How do large movie houses seem to be able to get a new domain name for 
every new movie that comes out? 

Question 3 

Suppose that an organisation indirectly sets up an independent two 
dollar company that registers a domain name, which in turn licenses 
the use of that domain name back to the original organisation, will that 
organisation be able to legitimately grab as many domain names as it 
desires?
