In democratic elections you can vote for or you can vote against
a person or proposition.

So we have another very interesting possibility: since the gTLD MOU 
people are putting on this charade of a democratic process, they 
could post on their site a list of those who have refused to sign 
the MOU.  Or they could put up a Web form allowing you to add 
yourself to such a list of non-signatories.  

Somehow I don't think they will do this.   ;-)
