Point of clarification:  I didn't put any quotation marks around "like".
And what I said was that the gTLD MOU movement is using many of the same
techniques as the various authoritarian political movements of this 
century, the communists, fascists, etc.  These techniques may make the
trains run on time for a short time, but in the long run they fail.
