  Yep!  And this remains to be one of th single biggst problems
with their structure and leadership determination.  None of these
colks were ever voated on by a single stakeholder or any member
of the internet community.  Nor, was there ever a opertunity to do so.

  So, this being the case, It seems plausable to me to conclude that
this body has little ligitimacy to the Internet community in any
real sense.  This should and must change.
