Just for your information, as you go out the door, I am an elected
officer of a pan-European Internet trade association charged with
developing policy in this area.  I have found this list quite
useful in this regard.  I have been able to hear people with a wide
range of views and have been able to develop my own positions in 
dialog.  While I may not agree with the people with me in your list
up there, I am grateful with them for their advice and often ...
interesting opinions.
