yes, i imagine that after completing its formation that this could
be accomplished.  let's delay by 2-3 months as we form core and then
the fulltime team of some very expensive and talented people.

given the timeframe i do not think that an core hired and subsidized
team is practical.  any ideas to solve these problems, or just more
"nominet, nominet"?
