Very true. I had reps at the New Your meeting as well. A total
waste of time.

Yep. And watch this problem get worse befor it gets better.
Bad leadership always creates this kind of problem.

True enough and a good suggestion. Don't count on it though.

That is usually the case. They good ones always have a job. SO
you have to meke it attractive to get such a person. A good
compensation
package always helps here. ANd a good employment contract.
