Though I might quibble with a few minor points, I think that this is
an excellent summary of the DNS situation right now. I would be a
little stronger about the iPOC. Any name-calling in that direction is
completely out of order. Their solution is flawed and needs to be
fixed, but I think that anyone's solution would have been flawed and
in need of fixing.
