  You forgot one
  17      Allow any and all existing RSC's with registry software and 
          domain name servers open access with their existing TLD's
          to the root.

  This is a great idea.  I like it.  Also a time limit must be
specified to boil down these objections.

  I would count them but no more so than anyone eleses.

  Fine.  But they should be given the option to transfer to the, or any
final version with admendments that they so choose.
