My intention was not to provide a final version of a list.  When I began
writing it, I wrote moderate things.  Then I realized that this was silly.

The thing to do is first collect a long list of everyone's favorite
proposals.  No need to be moderate at all.

Then we start the process of cutting that list down, removing items that
there are objections to or reworking them so that few or no people
object to them.

We are still in phase 1.  Relax.  Enjoy.  Add something you would like
to the list ;-)
