Legal Challenges: STATUS ????

 There were several legal challenges to
 the outcome of the IAHC process - and,
 I presume, to the carry-through into
 this mad Memorandum. Can anyone inform
 the gathered of the status of these law
 suits? And why, if civil action is pending
 why have these procedings forged on instead
 of pausing for outcome?
