	Jay, you were given a simple and direct answer.  The answer was thorough
and correct.  You can cite news reports all you want, but they are not
primary sources.  Perry (and I) are.  

	As astonishing as it might seem, the press really do get things wrong
periodically.  In the case of gTLDs, "periodically" dramatically
UNDER-represents the problem.

	If you have primary data to the contrary, please cite it.  Otherwise,
please refrain from such insulting responses.  I know that's an effort, but
try.
