Dan, you are correct, what I find interesting is that it was Jeff Williams
himself that stated his company had a 10K on file. He has also stated that
his "company" is registered in Delaware among many other states. A Lexus
search reveals that no such company..private or public is registered in
Delaware.

As to myself and others trying to derail the real issues here, I emphatically
disagree.
You do not know me. You do not know what side of the issue I fall on. I must
publically commend Jim Dixon for trying to work within the system to
establish change...While he may never see the outcome totally in his favor,
he has already shown that he is willing to compromise for the good of the
Internet. Both sides of this issue could learn something from his
professional approach.

My problem with Mr. Williams stems from the fact that when he states his
opinions, he cloaks them in lies. He claims to be an expert on so many
subjects. He claims to know what is best for everyone based on his experience
as a CEO of a company he has no connection to. His comments might truly have
merit. But that is hard to see in the middle of all the "if I tell you how it
works I will have to shoot you" rhetoric.

Respectfully,
