Are you referring to Dave's assertion that the press
does not always get the story right. If so, I agree.
Let's get the real story directly from Don Heath.
What legal document was objectionable?
Did the ITU or WIPO put forward a legal document
so distasteful that Don refused to sign it?
Is our concerns that the gTLD-MoU is actually a
power grab become immediately obvious to Don at
that meeting?
Not that I'm trying to be negative, but there
are many questions that Don needs to answer.
