Sascha,
I am usually pretty good at deciphering poor english and sentance
structure, but I must admit you are definatly a challange. Maybe
this is one reason that your postings are very difficult to understand
and lead to misreadings.
Please check your english words a bit closer, and capitilize
the beginning of your sentances as well a punctuate approiatly.
I can make it through the spelling mistakes ok. >;)
Now let me see if I can respond approiatly to your comments below. >;)

Very well. However, this is a bit disingenious with reguard to this
E-Mail forum as a insterment for doint just that.

That is underway.

A "non techy" mind as you put it is one of the fundemental problems
with POC/PAB. More such minds should be represented there, or advisors
to POC/PAB should be sought out by them on those technical issues
that may be presented on this E-Mail forum. This is, by your own
gTLD-MoU site one of the channels to introduce perposals.

This posting is not MR. Heaths complete testamony. It is his
written statment entered as PART of his testamony.

I have not presented any thing that could or should be construed as
"Political" content, to my knowledge. Just facts.

the proper manner. Please do so and it will be providedor is already
avalible. I have pointed this out several times befor.

Yes many people can provide that information. Please provide a
private or secure phone # and it will be done so on a need to know
basis. I will also require the same information in kind. In addition
to a wirtten statment outlining what spicificaly you wish to know
