Duane, you're clueless.  You don't know anything about nouns in general,
much less domain names.   A canard doesn't mean a lie.   This from Websters:

"Canard \Ca*nard"\, n. [F., properly, a duck.] An extravagant or absurd
report or story; a fabricated sensational report or statement; esp. one set
afloat in the newspapers to hoax the public."  

If for some reason you think that Websters is a "Swiss cartel" you can look
it up elsewhere.  You'll find it means the same thing everywhere.

Pardon me, but you don't have a clue what the NetNames position is, and
pretty obviously you don't have much idea about what the law says either.
At least Sternovitz, though a Machiavellian attack dog, knows that he's
spreading FUD. 
You, on the other hand, are just a sad case of someone who believes his own
propaganda.
