  Of course you are correct.  But Duanes question still is a valid one
weather in retrospect or not.  You see, Jon Postal is still in a 
influencial possition, along with Don Heath.  That being the case,
Duanes question has some consideration as to what can be expected
with respect ot the gTLD-MoU, or the MOUvment (Read Bowl Movment).  >;)

  The MOUvment (Read bowl movment), set themselves up to be limited
on resources on purpose.  So I have little sympathy with respect to
their limiting themselves and therby using that as an excuse to
make mistakes.

  Sure is possible to improve and modify POC and CORE.  Havn;t you read
the postings of about a month ago?  And if they need some help, I have
a very bright 4 year old daughter who I am sure could help them out!
