  Very intresting revolation.  Never befor directly stated in this
manner.
Are you speaking authoritivly?  ANd whom gives the IANA authority?
That's right, the US Congress, whom all U.S. Citizens elect and we
pay taxes for them to provide support monitearly for the IANA, as shown
in recent Congressional hearings.  SO now we have just about come full
circle.  Eh?
