Problem 1: The fee structure sets the
price of admission at an artificially
high level excluding many legitimate
and otherwise very capable participants.
Problem 2: There is absolutely no room
for non-profit registries which will
never be able to afford *any* fees or
surcharges.
Problem 3: There are no democratic or
responsive structures in place and no
government or International body has
sanctioned anything proposed.
