Indeed they can't guarantee as with multiple registars,
nobody can guarantee first again all other matching
names from other registars.
And here is another danger in this pre-registration,
spacially using the standard fee:
you are telling them your choice names and they
do not give any warranty that you'll get the name.
They can possibly register it for themselves
(or their friends) and you will only know this
after registration.
And, remember, they don't tell you even if there IS
already another order for the same registration,
in this same registar !
(They can allways tell their friends aked for it before)
It's not like current registration, that you can check
and immediately make your registration, with a very
short "risk period" and near zero risk of loosing your choice name.
So, if someone decides to take pre-registration,
should be aware of those extra risks.
