Good points. And very ture. Tha allowance or lack of oversite
from within CORE to monitor their registrars regarding pre-registrations
is really previews of comming attractions as to how the MoU and
spicificaly the CORE-MoU/POC/PAB are able to manage their own
perposal. You be the judge....
