Stephen,

Your best course of action is to goto
http://www.gtld-mou.org/docs/reg-results.html
and register your name with someone in the top ten on that list.  It's my
understanding
that when the software for this system is developed and put into play
(sometime in February)
that the listings of names registered will start with registrar #1 and move
down the list from there.

In other words, the first guy on the list gets his names in the real system
first and so on.
