Yes this is true, but I wonder if it will be true long if indeed the
MoU is adopted and they gain control of IANA's root. Than this point
is really moot in the MoU itself. But I would bet that at or about
that time a modification to the MoU to be inclusive of ALL TLD's
in IANA's root will be under the control of CORE or the MoU.
