Hummmm? It seems to me, and after rereading some of Daves posts
that he, and other gTLD-MoU supporters have already contested this
quite strongly, though not directly in this context.
So, I can only conclude that a more direct contention of NSI and
the CORE registries working in parrellel will indeed be vioced.
