Ok. This is somewhat out of content but anyway,  bare with me for a 
moment:

Signing the gTLD MOU is a action. If this proces had been reversed so 
that everyone that OBJECTED to the gTLD MOU should sign - how many 
should have signed aganist it!? I guess that we should have seen 
something that looks like the number that have signed it today!

Often it is the case that the once that makes up their mind are only 
the ones that are listening to, or themselfs are active in a
discussion. The rest either don't know what it is all about or even
don't care! This is accualy the problem in many "so called" 
democraties.

So if a percentage of signing ISPs should be valied it should not be 
compared with the the total number of ISPs but rather with the number 
of them signing an (today non-existing ?) "anti-gTLD MOU". If not, it 
is only "lies, damn lies and statistics".

And please, I know this is not realy the point of issue but just 
closely related....
