The clear goal of CORE is to gain control of COM/NET/ORG, almost
all of whose customers are in North America, with the vast majority
being in the USA.

Would anyone on the POC care to dispute my assertion that Switzerland
was chosen because it is subject neither to the laws of the United
States nor those of the European Union?

Would any knowledgeable lawyers care to comment upon the assertion that
non-profit organizations in Switzerland are very difficult to sue?

I don't think that Switzerland was chosen because of its role in
the hi-tech Global Society. I think that it was chosen for centuries-
old reasons.
