Request for Interviews related to academic research

As some of you know, I am working on a Ph.D. Dissertation at the
University of Miami's School of International Studies. I will be at the
40th IETF and in the DC area for a few days thereafter researching the
DNS controversy. I hope to speak and correspond with participants in the
debate, and to observe any relevant meetings or discussions which may
occur. I will be approaching various individuals for interview
opportunities pending their convenience and approval. My number that
